After releasing their critically acclaimed debut album CHIVVY became a duo and finished a new EP with a somewhat updated sound. CHIVVY creates a large and evocative soundscape with atmospheric guitars, synths and dreamy vocals. The music is often compared to bands such as Warpaint, Beach House, and Cocteau Twins. Last year they released their debut album which was praised by both Swedish and international press and received, among other things, 5 stars by GAFFA and was classified as one of Sweden’s best albums of 2021 by HYMN. In 2022, CHIVVY was nominated for the GAFFA prize and the Manifest Awards.
