After spending almost two years on the roads of Europe promoting their first album Sins now Antennas are back with a new single. And boy are they back. ’Lies’ is the first single off their upcoming second album ’Feeling Feline Tonight’. ’Lies’ is showing off their new electronic, urban and a little darker sound. It’s lika a perfect mix of the finest indiepop and the electronic dance scene. All that but still with all the superb pop melody you associate with Antennas. When i listen to their new upcoming album at times i get reminded of the things Ultravox where doing on their three first albums with John Foxx. I know that Antennas have never listened to these but there is a similar melancholic glam and lust for experimentation. I will be very surprised if we are not going to hear a lot “Lies” this summer because it is in fact a perfect summer song.

The single also includes remixes by Oscar Tillman (Holiday For Strings), Radio LXMBRG and a cover by The Baboon Show which will have the dance floors boiling this summer. On this single, and the upcoming album, Antennas continue their close cooperation the artist/producer Magnus Henriksson (Existensminimum) which they started working with on “Sins”.
